Mr. Lawson has over 30 years experience in the accounting profession. An honors graduate of Monmouth University, he has a solid background in general accounting and has acquired special expertise in handling financing arrangements, as well as acquisitions, mergers, and liquidations. He holds CPA certificates from New York, New Jersey and Texas. In 1982, Mr. Lawson founded Lawson Associates, PA., after returning from Ft. Worth, Texas where he was involved with an international health care company. Previously, Mr. Lawson had been a senior partner with a regional accounting firm with offices in New York, New Jersey and Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Lawson is very involved in his community. He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Monmouth University. Also, he is a founding trustee and has been a treasurer of the Ronald McDonald House at Monmouth Medical Center, as well as a former president of the Deal Golf and Country Club. In addition, he has served on committees for the American Cancer Society and as Treasurer of the Monmouth Housing Alliance.
