Robert Matticola, CPA

Robert Matticola graduated from Rutgers University in 1984 with a BA in accounting with high honors. He holds CPA certificates in both New Jersey and New York. With a strong background in taxation, he is a partner with the firm and handles many of the firm’s larger assignments. His responsibilities include auditing, review, and compilation of financial statements, supervision of the professional staff, and preparation of tax returns. In addition, He is responsible for the firm’s internal quality review processes. Prior to joining Lawson, Rescinio, Schibell & Associates in 1993, He was employed by an international Big 6 accounting firm, where he specialized in their small to medium business division.

Mr. Matticola is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds a Life Insurance license from the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
